The actual students
Ask for each student’s name and age or age group. Confirm whether the requested session is part of the Kids Master Program. The purchaser may be booking for someone else.
TXSNOW · INSTRUCTOR FIELD GUIDE
From the client's initial inquiry, to a seamlessly activated session.
Instructors connect with their own clients to precisely align and lock in the students' custom session requirements.
All pre-session intake forms and payments are 100% streamlined through the platform system, ensuring a hassle-free and highly efficient experience.
Establish a dedicated chat group as a direct tripartite canal between the client, yourself, and TXSNOW Support to fully document all session details.
Ensure that clients, transaction records, and the final scheduled sessions match perfectly one-by-one.
The customer, instructor and TXSNOW Customer Service should be able to see the same session details in the group. Bring any arrangements made in private messages back into the group, and tag Customer Service to update them.
BEFORE YOU OFFER A TIME
Start a real conversation. Learn who is coming, what they hope to achieve and what support they need; then check your teaching qualifications and availability.
Ask for each student’s name and age or age group. Confirm whether the requested session is part of the Kids Master Program. The purchaser may be booking for someone else.
Confirm skiing or snowboarding, current ability, previous experience and what the student hopes to work on. Avoid relying only on broad labels such as “beginner”.
Confirm the resort, date and start–end time, then check your full availability. Read the resort restrictions below before offering the location or time.
Check your instructor level, the relevant age-group authorisation and whether you can teach the requested session. If the match is unclear, ask TXSNOW Customer Service before confirming it.
Ready for Step 2 when: the student, session needs, resort and full time slot are clear, and you have checked your qualifications and availability.
THE ORDER & THE STUDENTS
Send the session purchase page, help the customer choose the appropriate product and have them pay through the TXSNOW platform.
Use the needs confirmed in Step 1 to check the session category, discipline, relevant age group, instructor level and session duration. Ask Customer Service about any unclear options.
Guide the customer through the TXSNOW purchase page and confirm the email used for the order. Support will use that email to locate the order and check the session hours.
Ask every actual student to complete the current season’s waiver and Pre-session intake form under their legal name. Parent or guardian requirements follow the form instructions.
Tell the customer they will need to post both completion screenshots in the session group. If several students are involved, make it clear which student each pair belongs to.
Ready for Step 3 when: the platform order can be identified, the actual students are clear, and the customer knows how to complete and share confirmation of both forms.
CUSTOMER + INSTRUCTOR + TXSNOW
Create a WeChat or WhatsApp session group with the customer and TXSNOW Support. Give Support the order email and the agreed session date and start–end time to locate the order and record the hours.
Post the email used for the order and the agreed session date and start–end time. Support can use them to locate the order and record the session hours.
Ask Customer Service to check the order and record the session hours. Payment is one part of the process; the actual session arrangements also need to be checked and recorded in the group.
Ask the customer to post screenshots showing that the current-season waiver is signed and the Pre-session intake form is completed, for each actual student.
Match the submitted details to the actual student, including the name, age group, discipline and important pre-session information. Resolve missing or inconsistent details in the group.
WECHAT / WHATSAPP
Use the purchaser’s name in the group title so Support can match it to the order.
Enter the agreed date, resort and purchaser’s name, then copy the result into WeChat or WhatsApp.
This tool only formats the name. It does not create a group or confirm a booking.
Group confirmation check: Customer Service can identify the order and has recorded the session hours; the full arrangements are clear; the instructor has checked each actual student’s forms.
READY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Make the meeting point, equipment requirements and learning goals easy to find before everyone leaves for the resort.
Post a recognisable photo and the agreed meeting location and time. Make sure the customer knows exactly where to find you.
VIEW & DOWNLOAD MEETING-POINT IMAGESReconfirm the goals and review the actual student’s pre-session information, including health restrictions and anything requiring preparation.
Remind them to arrange lift tickets, rentals and suitable equipment, including a helmet, and to allow time to get ready. Share the Pre-Session Guide for arrival and other practical reminders.
Ready to meet: the group contains the meeting-point photo and arrangements; goals, tickets and equipment have been discussed; children’s sessions have the Pickup Code input page available.
